It's the scene when Harold and Kumar goes to see Raza.
The song is Lucci & Cruz - Toca me lo
But you can't find it anywhere on th internet. A version of it is available at Snocap, but its not sure that it is the same version as shown in the movie. Te original version was on a CD called Party Mix, Vol. 2: Best of 1997 by Rosabel. And I found a version of it at http://myspacetv.com but
they removed it so I uploaded it, you can listen to it here on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ddx2-nGZ6QM
