Street Food - Nairobi - 06 July 08 - Part 1

Oh well, people take a chance on poor sanitation and preparation methods when they eat at fast food restaurants and casual restaurants all the time! Not to say that some street food sellers shouldn't try to be more sanitary-they should when possible- but then again that goes for formal restaurant businesses-(or home cooked food for that matter). Whether informal/formal some places/people cook stuff in a healthy way and have better sanitation than other places/people. That just the way it is.

yeah but tis boid in the "open" with plastic.Most ppl in kenya just don't use microwave ( thank god ) .
