These are starving horses at an area auction in Troutman NC. There were many more horses, minis, etc...where this Video was taken that were starving also. There are two small clips all together.     Shame shame on them indeed. One of ours was taken off of the meat truck as a two year old. In perfect shape, too. She's not skinny anymore though as a six year old.
