I cant drop the weight! i am a tall women I weigh 265 at average. I am not a round women I am portioned pretty well but i am still chunky and i am sick of it! my doctor just started me on Phentermine. It really works in keeping me feeling full, but im just not confident that the exercises will help, due to past failure. sorry just needed a vent and maybe some advice would be nice. Thanks a bunch!!!
