We get them from a source on the interwebzz, also usually when you download a mod from a recent game..it ends up bad, and uncompleted. You dont sound retarded..... :p

There aren't any glitch's left in halo 3, its been sucked dry. But mods are original, and every1's affraid to get banned, so they dont download them.
