I would also squeeze the muscle before you start so you are very aware of the bicep and you are only going to do the lift with the bicep. At the top of the curl contract the bicep muscle as hard as you can. That should focus more on the bicep and make the growth. If it is not working for you change the exercise. Baz

Six meals a day of a fist size of protein and a fist size of carbs per meal. You can use protein drinks in place of a meal - up to 3 of the meals. I would only use skimmed milk for protein drinks. Milk is for calves if you fed a lion cow milk it would die. I am not in favor of milk as a drink but that is up to you I would not argue the point . Hope that helps. Baz .
