Debido a la gran cantidad de visitas y posts en este video, las cuales superan a la cantidad presente en el video original, he decidido explicar algunos aspectos de este. El video es un fragmento de una noticia sobre el aumento de la población de perros vagos en Chile. El reportaje surgió a raiz de un ataque a un niño(el del video) en la zona norte del país. El niño atacado sufrió heridas de mediana consideración y fue trasladado a un centro asistencial posterior a recibir ayuda de sus amigos quienes ahuyentaron a los perros. El camarografo filmando la escena pertenece a la red de television nacional de Chile. La escena fue censurada con mosaico por la misma red de television y yo no tengo acceso al original. Espero que esto sea aclaratorio y evite comentarios que sean incoherentes con la realidad del video. P.S: El niño fue dado de alta luego de unos días y se encuentra bien de salud.

Due to the great (and increasing) number of views and comments in this video, which greatly beat the numbers on the original video, I've decided to explain some of the questions that may arise while watching it.
The video is a excerpt from a whole news coverage (which can be found here in Youtube under the name "Perros Salvajes") about the growth of stray dogs' population. The report was done because of a dog attack to a child in the north of Chile. The kid ended up with medium-level injuries and was taken to a hospital after being helped by his friends who scared the dogs away. The cameraman filming this is member of the North Zone of the National TV Network (TVN). The images were blurred by the TV network and I have no access to the original images whatsoever. I hope this is a little bit more clarifying for those watching the video and please avoid any type of senseless ranting, flaming or remarks (specially racist ones), because you will just be showing us how ignorant you are. Thank you =)
