Bruce Lee's One-Inch Punch

Don't joke around with Bruce Lee's death like that. Chuck Norris jokes aren't even close to being funny anymore. You're two years late.

My Sifu was trained by Bruce's Sifu (Yip Man) at the same time Bruce was being trained, and I didn't believe it myself until he showed me pictures he had in his office, that is how we even got into the discussion about the one-inch punch and why he decided to demonstrate it on me, to show it's effectiveness. It is for if you are in a confine spot, e.g up against a wall and you are trying to defend yourself.

I used to take Wing Chun, my Sifu Deucan Leung (you can look him up on here) did the one inch punch on me one time, and it is NOT fake, very well knocked the living wind out of me and took me to the ground.

Chuck Norris got real mad at Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee did a one inch punch and knocked him on his feet. Chuck Norris got real mad and roundhouse kicked hime to Pluto and sent it on a wacky orbit. That's why Pluto isn't called a planet anymore... and that's how Bruce Lee died..

I got real mad and did the 1 inch punch on my wall once, my whole body went through the wall and I landed on a chair. That's how much power I have.

but... how cant u push some1 with ur fist? u can push some1 with any part of ur body... lol

Sure... but check out the 4 foot slide of the chair across the floor after the guy falls backwards. The guy ever steps back with his right foot to decrease the momentum, but the chair still slides across the floor.

I had a friend who did something similar to me. It wasn't amazing or anything but it hurt more than I thought it should.

if anybody here has been hit standing square-footed (shouldere with apart) its extremely difficult NOT to fall backwards... even a little force will make you fall backwards if one foot is not infront of the other. you're reading into it a little too much, guys.
