I cant answer for the narrators choice of weight system, but the swedish BILL missile system was first demonstrated in 1982. It entered the Swedish army in 1988.

The English Narrator used pounds as a measure of weight instead of Kilos, England stopped using Imperial measures in the Early 70s

Looking at the last clip it came to no suprise why tank crewmen in WW2 always loaded their sidearms.

My father was in Shermans in Italy, during WW2, and told us how one of their tanks brewed up at Casino. From the way he described it, the tank went up in a similar fashion to the target tank in this clip. He also said that when they were later able to get to the tank, there was literally nothing left of the crew. That was in the days when most battlefield anti-tank weapons fired only lumps of high-speed metal.
