    Yup, he became Satan when he separated himself from God. The reason Lucifer did that is because when God tested the angels' trustworthiness, He made Himself invisible to all of them, and told them His "game plan" for His creations. When He told the angels about the Virgin Mary, and that she would be greater than all of them, Lucifer said, "I answer to no mere human, especially of the weaker sex, I will not serve!" And that is when he became Satan. Don't know why feminists don't use this info.
