They are trained by their harsh driving condition. Road is much busier and narrower than here in the U.S have.

ABS work on ice you moron! Every winter i thank Jeep for putting them on the Grand Cherokee because from time to time on sheer ice they come in quite handy

forgot to say ... the way or technique of cadence braking depends on weather and road conditions. you have to be more careful how precisly you do cadence braking when the road is slippery. in hot weather when the grip is more substantial and you can do a few mistakes but not much. and in the end you can totally damage your car, especially suspension components, brakes and the transmission. so do it wisely - you listen to the car, you never force it over and over again!!

you have to do cadence braking. brake in short intervals, hard on the brakes but not letting them to slip (ABS or not). while not braking you can steer as someone figured out correctly. watch a car race next time, some european championships e.g. and see how they do it in the corner or on a bad occasion. it's totally the same except for the speed. downshifts while braking with throttle blips will also greatly improve stopping distance and of course the quality of the tire.
