But the style is also important.
And Celine has a great voice even if not so "rock" as other stars, she is a great singer!

I was underwhelmed. Ms Dion's singing style annoyes me
when singing with a real singer as apposed to a song stylist.

I too saw this performance when it was originally telecast in 1999. There is absolutely NO doubt that it was live. The audience gave them a well-deserved and thunderous standing ovation--something all the more remarkable because they had to follow Ricky Martin, who also gave his career-defining performance that night. I agree 100% with a previous commenter, who said that if this performance does not touch your heart, then you don't have one!!!
