Peter Cushing creeped me out big time when I first saw this. They showed it in the gym at my junior high on Halloween. The screams of the girls (and some of the guys) were deafening.

My Fav Tales from the crypt story was in this movie "revenge is the nuts"

There's a 2-disc double feature from MGM with Vault of Horror, which is also awesome (but digitally, stupidly cut).

Two things:

- This movie is awesome.

- Nice job showing the payoff to the segment that's almost as long as all the others put together, Amicus. Nice use of the last shot, too.

I remember watching this as a kid and it always kinda spooked me. Still cool to watch.....anybody knows if it is on DVD somewhere...???

I just bought the tales from the crypt/vault of horror dvd. i am gonna watch it today. they really just don't make horror like this anymore.

I remember seeing this movie once! I wish I could see it again! My best friend and I would creep each other out by remembering parts from it after we watched it together!

Great UK horror movie based in the US horror comic book from the 50s! And perhaps the best of movie was the Bach's "Toccata and fugue in D minor" as a intro!

Its a sin that this film isnt available in its own country!
