I jumped my way to 50kg in a span of 2 years. you can try skipping without a rope 1st because it needs coordination, some practice. don't give up when it doesn't work initially, with all the tangling and stuff. it'll get to you with perseverance. put on some music and you'll be proud to see what you can actually do with just a skipping rope!
