Childbirth with Hypnosis

Wow, your amazing! i also used hynobirthing but i dont remember being as calm as you were! I did have the required result though. I had only a four hour labour, with 10 minutes of pushing. Baby was born safely in the water. I would recommend hynobirthing to anyone.
As Im pregnant again I will be visiting the website you listed just to refresh :)

Hypnobabies has a Home Study option for moms who don't live close to an instructor! Next time you could try that!

Impressive! I'm due in 5 days with my first baby. I couldn't find a hyponbirthing or hypnobabies close by to me. I think next time I will make sure I go to one. No matter how far away the drive is!

I am 21 weeks along right now with our first and we are looking at varying methods of childbirth classes and we have heard of this before. We have chosen not to use any drugs, so I want to try something natural to relax me. I am glad you posted this. It gives me some idea of how it works. I will be going to the website right now.

Good for you! I expect my baby around 12 weeks from now and just started my Hypnobirthing classes. I am glad you were able to share your wonderful experience. I wish I could personally tell every expectant mother that childbirth does not have to be painful and "clinical". Not enough woman know. I pray that this type of birth becomes more of the norm.

Second, I've been wondering about Hypnobabies. I had both mine at home, and they were fast, painful labors, but WONDERFUL. Did you still feel connected and in the moment? I'm worried about an "out of body" feeling.

I am 37 weeks and have been practicing Hypnobabies homestudy since 27 weeks. I have enjoyed watching your video and find your experience inspiring! I will be having a homebirth, and find it amazing that you were able to have a wonderful, peaceful Hypno-birth at a hospital. I hope other mothers can see that childbirth can be pain-free. Thank you so much for this video, I will continue to use it for inspiration and encouragement as I prepare for my baby's birth.

I love your video! There is nothing as empowering as accomplishing natural childbirth. It can be done! It seems we are socialized to believe it cannot. Our bodies are perfectly designed to do this. Don't be afraid.

I have given birth twice naturally and I am very well impressed with this video - although the pushing stage is painful, so I didn't see how you managed through that.

Yay! Nothing like positive birthing videos to help all those hypnomoms studying out there. I've had two very successful hypnosis births (I used the Hypnobirthing program) and I'm getting ready for a third! Thanks for sharing!

I felt crampy at first... like mild menstrual cramps. Then after my water broke I felt just pressure. I remember when I was pushing the OB was saying, you will feel a lot of pain with the ring of fire. And I thought, I haven't felt any pain yet, why should I now? And I didn't... just A LOT of pressure. So I FELT things, but it was all comfortable.
