Kids in the U.S do this all the time. They know if they verbally threaten and antagonize the police they will eventually get a royal beating - like the spoiled little slim buckets deserve! - and then they can sue for police brutality.

Since sueing for police brutality has gone 10 fold so has resisting arrest. Resisting arrest used to mean a bullet to the face now you get forced in to handcuffs and /or tazered. So you live and have a video to take to your lawyer.
