Litiasis En Vejiga Urinaria- Lithiasis Urinary Bladder and Urete

Paciente que llega a la consulta médica luego de 3 días de hallarle cuatro microlitiasis en la vejiga urinaria así como un cálculo en la unión urétero-vesical derecha de 3.9 milímetros .Se le incremento la cantidad de fármacos a un tratamiento previo. Al ultrasonido se observan "puntos ecogénicos" correspondientes a "arenilla" así como la presencia de tres imágenes hiperecogénicas de 1.8, 1.9 y 2.2 milímetros correspondientes a "cálculos" o litiasis.
Recordemos que tres días antes se encontraron cuatro litiasis, de 0.8, 5.9, 2.8 y 1.1 milímetros por tanto en tres días hay una notable mejoría. A nivel del uréter derecho, observamos la presencia de una imagen hiperecogénica de 3.8 milímetros correspondiente a "cálculo" o "litiasis" aunque ya casi llegando a la vejiga urinaria, es decir, mucho más abajo que 3 días antes.
