    It wasn't on purpose, hence the reason why the trainer came out and fixed Cena's cut. The mic cut Cena by accident.

    They were concerned that fighting amongst the fans with Cena bleeding would be a health concern with the Pennsylvania Sports Commission. Plus, since the WWE is PG now, they don't do "blading" anymore - so the only time you'll see blood in a match is when they do it "the hard way", as this was.

    At least guys' foreheads won't get scarred up like Dusty Rhodes...;)
