you dont exactly ...
you dont exactly know that thats lucy and thats the point. that ending drove me crazy, youd think its lucy but someone with the vector virus cant live without their horns. Its amazing lucy lived with one, even if for only a few ours.

Her horns ARE her ...
Her horns ARE her vectors pretty much. they are like the RC controllers to an rc car. if one is removed her ability is damaged by about 60%. and at that point she would only have 2 vectors if one was removed.
