This is what jazz is about. The Bill Evans on Verve collection has a MZ/BE CD on it and while listening it to death, but as great as the recording is, simply listening cannot compare to the audio-visual experience as a whole.

RE:disagreement between Bill and Chuck creating confusion- there is not any evidence
of that on the video. Bill certainly knew what
he was doing and Chuck followed him perfectly
as always(notice absence of any music) so if
anybody was confused it wasn´t them.

Not beautiful enough to keep quiet,though,

It's obvious that Chuck steadily focuses at Bill - trying to predict the next step. Playing in these slow tempi is extremely difficult and every time the bass hits the perfect tone it's honey for my soul.

At 1:28 Monica feels that Bill and Chuck do not agree and she explains her eye movements coming from that uncertainty. Soon after Bill sets in a caracteristic chord and Monica is on the track again

At least they are not talking through piano solo,like they did in "Corcovado".Beatiful playing from Bill,Chuck and Larry!
