one thing he never told u guy's that after u serve u have to get into a ready position with ur knee's bending down and ur bat facing toward the middle of the table so ur ready to play a shot from the back-hand or fore-hand

u do use ur wrist its actually called wrist action mate. in some way that quy was right in some way

to create spin you dont use your wrist, you use your waist

decent explanation for beginners, but uh gravity isn't spinning the ball. and it's not a good practice to wave the the bat four times before contact, just looks silly and isn't necessary. one pass back and forth is good enough for deception when you time it right.
