Gioachino Rossini : The Barber Of Seville - Overture

I've been looking for this song for ages!!!!!! now I know Rossini is the composer...just getting myself more educated on classical music! :)

Unlike the ungracefully fast tempos employed in other versions, and which seem very childish counterpoints from impatient orchestras, this version builds up the stamina and the events unfold quickly to a marvelous coda. But the recording is cutt off at the very end, when it is at the peak. Too bad for that particular bit, but all in all, it is good orchestration.

I saw a youth symphony perform this a couple days ago, and it was brilliant!

ah, how i love this overture! it reminds me of when i was little, and i used to get up early every saturday and watch bugs bunny cartoons. oh to be young again, those were the best years of my life!

i am listing to this and doing my homework and i find my self using perfect grammer and using larger words than i normally would say in my work.
