Gears of War 2 Vs Resistance 2 Final Comparison Until Launch

yeah i've played a few matches on r2 with 60 people and so far it hasn't lagged at all

No PS3 uses dedicated servers which means less lags.

PS3 use dedicated servers wich means less lag,ive played it online and havnt had laggs yet.

Gears 2 has the graphics and the deep story with famouse people doing half of the voices. 10 players online is the bare minimum a game should have, not to mention the online rocks and horde mode (for those who know about it) is awesome! Resistance 2 is more realistic and it is a great first person shooter (which makes it hard to compare with Gears 2 which is a 3rd person shooter). 60 players online in one room is too much, meaning that many games will lag. There great games, but I like Gears 2!

damnit im trying to play gears2 online and it takes forever resistance online is far more better than gears but when it comes to single player i will have to give it a tie cause the replay value is high to me. gears2 online is sometimes laggy and i hate that you cant respwn in some games. the 60 player online is so adictive and the co-op story is good but all in all get both like me there both good and thats it im looking foward to killzone2 trying to get the beta now

look people R2 does lookk reali amazing with the massive monster (at the end of the vid) but GOW2 feels reali good to play (i own it LE aswell ;) haha) but it just feels reali meati and real, i have played the ps3 and it feels more like ur lookin in on the game rather than playin it i dno it just doesnt sit rite with me good vid man

Cool video mate 5/5 thats a very good comparison! :) I have never played any of these games but i must say the grpahics in GOW2 looks better, and i think the online will be better for me cos i lik more tatical games. However i suppose they could have more than 5 on a team but nvm. Having 60 people in a match in R2 is absoloutely ridiculous LMAO! I did play the first resistance game and tbh i didnt enjoy it much, probs cos i was vey S**t on it xD

resistance2 is way out of its league gears much better i wouldnt dream of getin r2 but gears limited edition i hav got!!!!!!!!!!!!

on gears 2 you get to ride a brumak .... i think that beats R2 bosses

original weapons gears has got, unique locations gears has got, and gears DOES have a single player... However, you dont need 60 players in a room to have fun, gears was designed specifically for 5v5, however, if you are looking for numbers in gears, play the campaign. Over 100 enemies fighting you at once, want any more?

this guy said theres more detail in r2, that is WAY off the mark, believe me. However this was a good and fair comparison, and i respect all your opinions. Usually ps3 players like to add more weight to their side, even though you do give a little more reference to R2 and you glorify it more, the clips used and the comparisons were just. Cant wait till your next comparisons.
