This is a typical evening training session at http://www.tigermuaythai.com training camp, Phuket, Thailand. Starting of with warm-up skipping rope, tire bounce, shadow boxing, and rub down with Muay Thai liniment oil for sore muscles. Training then moves into one-on-one training in small groups of 2-3 people per trainer with one-on-one pad training, Muay Thai heavy bag training, skills, and drills in and out of the Muay thai training rings in the beginners Muay Thai, intermediate muaythai, and advanced Muay Thai fighters programs.
