Sony Ericsson GPS Tracker (Jogging App)

k850i doesn't have build-in GPS so you need to buy a HGE-100 accessory.
It doesn't need internet connection for work and it's free - for searching your position in world.
Few applications need internet for downloading maps (Wayfinder Earth, Navigator, Active etc.) .
How you see Tracker doesn't have map, only showing your speed and way that it record when you are jogging or ride the bike, so it's free.

This is goin to be a really stupid question but il ask anyway... i kind of want this but how does the gps thing work, ...i.e im guessing u have to be connected to the internet which means u have to pay quite a bit...and is it all in the phone(the features) or do u need to buy some thing to make this work??? thanks anyway

Yes, it is true. I have k850i and this tracker doesn't work with my external gps receiver.

when u use it as a sat nav do u have 2 pay

i found where to get it its on the sony ericsson website but how do you connect it to the gps device i have a tom tom so how do i do it

kl cheers, does that mean there is a charge for the wayfinder, because it does need internet access..?
is it the case for the loaction software too?
