    I can assure you that its real. I can see if I was the only one that accomplished such a transformation, but there are thousands of people that have done this using the program over the years. No one ever said it was easy. I busted my ass at every workout, ate as close to the diet as possible, and stayed focused the whole time. To quote someone else's comment "This S**t actually works" LOL! take care!

    And also I didn't follow the diet this time because this is the first time following the program. (I calorie count and try to make as healthy choices as possible)

    I want to do the official diet after I finish this first round of p90x, but obviously since I'm not getting drastic results (I am just not as much as I really want lol), do you think I should start the diet ASAP? Just looking for advice from a pro =)

    Hey bro! Your results are truly inspiring! I finished up my second week of phase 2 of doubles (I really need the cardio for performance) and I'm getting pretty decent results!

    Thing is though, it's really really to be religiously consistent, especially since I'm in college. I've missed about a week total so far because I've skipped days that I've absolutely needed to skip (day after all nighters for studying that I thought would be pointless to work out because I had no energy).... (continuing)
