It's the first time I made a video. I've done this tutorial for one of my friends. I hope that it will help her a little bit.
Since the prgramm I used to make the tutorial was kinda old I had some troubles with Photoshop and it slowed down my PC.
Thats why the illustration looks a little bit strange. So bear with it you have been warned. ^^

    go to the wacom website. They range from $45 to $650. It all depends on the size you want to get. Also, you can choose between the regular tablet, or a pressurised one. The pressurized one is much much better, but a whole lot more expensive.

    usually I prefer to colour or outline my pics by hand. But time by time I use my PC for those steps.
    You can colour your pic after scanning with PS (without penning) It´s easy^^
