    You can't download any RTMP videos with Download Helper. And there are lots of really cool web-sites that use RTMP flash streams.

    Another problem is that sometimes DownloadHelper shows several videos and I hardly know which one to download. I don't like this kind of free stuff.

    oh, thanks. I totally forgot i posted here. I should have replied to my own message :P. I've found another tool which is simple as click 2 times and then "save as" It's a firefox add-on called Video DownloadHelper. It downloads as per a normal firefox download. I then use RIVA FLV encoder. I can use that to convert the FLV to AVI WMV MP3 (extracts music from video and saves it) and many other formats that you can assign your codecs too. If you have firefox. it's definitely worth a look into.

    1. clear the cache of your web-browser
    2. open replay media catcher and start recording with it
    3. navigate to youtube and start playing a youtube video

    It always works for me.
