What's the point of complaining about "Thought Police" and extolling the virtues of "Free Speech" when you're just going to tell off someone you disagree with, to tell them to "F**k OFF" (as in, go away and shut up and stop talking), eh? What happened to their free speech, is it only for you?

He's going into the 1st stages of
schizophrenia. Like my father, his path is very similiar. My father was handsome-thletic, lovable, intelligent. At 28 yrs. things changed. He let his beard grow, gained weight, became doubtfull, paranoid. I hope I'm wrong because this is the most horrible disease. I don't think he's on drugs. His brother said in early interviews about being abused. I just want him to get treatment. He is talented his friends should be honest with him and guide him to help.

I'm seriously concerned for Joaquin. I have no problem if he wants to pursue a music career, but I don't see why that would cause such a drastic change in his character. I wonder if anyone knows the motives behind his decision. Perhaps there was an underlying problem that caused him to leave the industry. It would be a shame to see him go down a bad path.

I loved his portrayal of Johnny Cash in Walk the Line.

Jesus christ, compare him here to last nights interview with Joaquin on Letterman, he was totally on something. Right here, he's normal and energertic and last night he was clearly on something, not talking about his new movie, or anything for that matter.

Its very obvious b8tovene. He says hes changing his career to be a hip hop musician...while Casey Affleck is making a "Documentary" on it.. they are both in on it together. It will come out sooner or later. He's not the first to do this sort of stunt.. Take Andy Koffman for example. And yes I think Letterman was obviously playing along with him. Hes on TV every night? You dont think that he can act in his interviews?????

Maybe Joaquin showed up like that without telling letterman what he had planned. That would explain why a guy who's sat completely shut off for 10 minutes suddenly gets up, takes his glasses off and leans in to talk to letterman. I think thats when he let dave know it was all an act.

This is a stunt....i highly doubt he's leaving acting! This is like Sasha Cohens characters Ali G and Borat and not to mention Andy Kaufman's characters. Funny as hell!

Andy Kaufman is laughing his ass off. This is a work - He is playing on peoples naiveness. You people falling for this S**t is exactly what he expected. Hell he may be doing research for an upcoming roll or something he is writing.
