This is how I filled out the form:

I am told there are aprox. a quarter of a billion dollars in unpaid Environmental Control Board fines and multi- to mega millions in fines issued to developers to DOB and the developers have not only avoiding paying but have not been stopped from on going reckless development so it is pretty hard to take the city and mayor seriously.

My first suggestion is the city issue arrest warrants rather than giving green lights to people exploiting the city and clearly are above the law.

The City needs a complete over haul of watch dogs, accountability, transparency, communication and the laws have to apply to the rich and powerfully connected like these developers who laugh at city fines.

Yes, they are not communicating at all and it seems greed with high powered public relations are covering up in the arena you address but here is an example where you don't even consider this and it has been swept under the rug.
120 East 12t St. The illegal air sale by the USPS to NYU. The USPS felt they were above the law and did not notify the State of New York as they were legally obligated to. The State did not come in and examine environmental concerns, infrastructure and is this in the best interest of the community?
Why?
I believe the city lacks sincerity and I have stood in court and I have seen first hand arrogant lawyers representing the city as well as NYU, etc laugh at us the community as we fought this dangerous and reckless tear down of St. Ann's from 1847 and the way too rapid supersizing by subway station that is rotted and leaks in the lower levels.

Another example is Amanda Burden's reckless give away to Cooper Union twice over let them supersize at Astor Place twice by two subway stations that are rotted and leak and this greedy green lights to Cooper Union to bust thru zoning are for buildings that have nothing to do with higher education but real estate greed. One building is complete - the mirrored condo sky piercing that remains half empty and they are going to tear down the yellow Science building.

Yes, I have many ideas that involved communication and texting but I believe you are getting paid salaries and I am not and the mayor and Amanda Burden destroyed my community for greedy developers that have endangered us because they put greed before our safety.

I contacted Dan Doctoroff over and over and said this tsunami of community crushing development was way too rapid and too dangerous.
I sent articles on infrastructure dangers from the NYTimes and my own letter
"Destroying 'Old" New York" in AMNY and this was before the steam pipe explosion by Grand Central.

I am telling you again there are huge concerns above and below ground and the first step is accountability immediately.

They ask your organization: I wrote New York City
