This tutorial shows you how to gain access to a computer with a bios password. A bios password effectively protects a computer from being accessed and can not be brute forced. The only way a person could gain access to a computer with a bios password is by disabling the bios password or removing the hard drive and opening it on a separate computer. To reset the bios password simply remove the thin circular battery from the computers motherboard and wait 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the board loses all saved data. for laptops there should be a green wrap or some wrap, remove that and the battery underneath it. Wait a few minutes then replace them.

    when I said remove the green wrap, I mean the thing under the green wrap, but make sure that when you remove the battery that you still have the green wrap somewhere, it's needed to hold the battery in place.

    for dell (or any other computer /Laptops) For laptops remove the battery then thereshould be a green wrap or some wrap, remove that for a while then put in a new one for desktops you have to remove the CR2032 battery for a while as well maybe like an hour or less.
