We're in Ahwatukee Az and a big monsoon hit today and did some pretty crazy flooding in under an hour of rain - probably about 45 minutes until we started driving.

For reference that stuck honda at 2:20 - we're sitting at 48th and Elliot facing East.

Just driving around showing cars stuck in intersections and washes and overflooded major roadways.

    wow thats SWEET, man. the monsoon sometimes gives us rain here in the LA area, but it almost never happens and whenever it does it doesnt rain as hard :P

    You missed getting me in the picture by about 5 minutes. I was at the intersection of 48th and Elliot when that white Honda stalled out. Going a tad fast and the wave broke over the hood.
    One of the more intense rain events we've had here in a while.

    ya idk if that's a good thing or bad lol. Definitely a lot of traffic issues but it was fun being out in the rain. I'm not sure I've seen it rain that hard since I moved here in 99
