kristy lee is better than carrie underwood by a mile. beautiful voice with a wonderful falsetto. she can also carry a note for a VERY long time (watch "Anyway" performance). she can also change notes on a dime. on top of that, she is a knockout!!! :)

Everyone is entitled to their opinions...But all kidding aside, that is one f#cked up opinion...That's like saying Carly Smithson is better than Celine Dion...I'm sure there is some jackass out there that believes that to be true, but get real..Carrie Underwoood is the most successful Idol contestant ever..Kristie Lee Cook wasn't even in the Top 5 of her season and isn't even one of the Top 50 in the shows history!!!!!!!!!!!

No, actually i think they really did mean to write it that way. You know like saying "boy are people ignorant or what?" Their was nothing wrong with the way they said it. And Carrie is much much better then her, but thats just my opinion too.

Firstly you phrased your insult wrong. 'Boy people are ignorant' is probably what you attempted to say. It's an opinion and I don't find Carrie as appealing as Kristy. I think she isn't as effortless and doesn't have as good a voice as Kristy.

if she actually would have had at least one performance as good as this one she would have gone a long way. too bad she had to S**k the next round, and the next round, and so forth.

Ditto. She had a good voice...in my opinion, she didn't deserve to get knocked off sooner than Brooke. She was also spunky (martial arts FTW!) I liked her.

But, I was a David Cook fan.

I really liked her. Such a definitive artist. In my opinion better than Carrie Underwood. A lot of sincerity and great tone. Underated I think in the competition
