Italian seasoning is: Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Oregano, and Basil. Dry herbs for you pleasure!
All my dutch oven recipes are easy to cook. You can cook them in the crock pot and they are even easier!

The boneless, skinless thighs I bought were on sale at my local market. If you want to find the same thing near you...you might ask the butcher department manager of your local market and see if he/she can make some up for you. If not...buy a pack of just thighs and do 'em yourself. It's actually really easy to debone thighs. Then you just tear the skin off too. It's worth the extra effort if you're like me and prefer dark meat chicken.

As I predicted...there was a good bit more juice and a bit more grease to take off the bottom of the Dutch oven after it finished cooking. Boy was it tender and juicy! I love this recipe! I love cooking with Dave. Can you make fried onion rings? Most people seem to get it wrong when they make them, you have to let the onion sit overnight in the frig after you cut them up so that the moisture will dissipate and the batter will stick to the onion while it's cooking so you don't lose your onion on the first bite. Just a thought. Thanks Dave, keep up the good work.
