Bruce Lee ( Jeet Kune Do ) Vs Tony Jaa ( Muay Thai )

Bruce Lee Martial mind is very smart and much more effective than Mu Thai, as he said Use Way as No Way, and Limitation as No limitation. I think Jeet Kundo(The Way of the Intercepting Fist) is much better but takes a long time to master as well as Mu Thai. Bruce Lee is much faster and stronger though he does not look it, the amount of CHI(Inner Strength Energy) he can accumulate is amazing like the 1 Inch punch.

It's obvious Jeet Kune Do (the way of the fist) and Muay Thai (kick boxing) are focused on different things. Even though Bruce took parts of Muay Thai. His fist work came mostly from Kem Po and Kung Fu. Tony Jaa leaves himself open to much in his kicks and Bruce was always about blocking and countering first.Tony does not have close body attacks or close counter attacks. It's Bruce hands down, but if it was Jet Li I'd say Jet could take Bruce.

I believe the jeek kundo guy would have quicker foot work, his punch's will be powerful and be quicker then a boxers, he will be in and out and countering, the result would be boxing guy will never be able to hit the jeet kund do guy, and the jeet kundo will be able to hit the boxing at will. But i have feeling only bruce could of done this.

tony jaa is Muay style is more of exhibitionist.
Bruce lee stuided most martial styles and took out what was most effective. Like he said, people who stick to styles believe it's the gospel truth. Jeet kund do ended with three main principles fast, powerful and effective. the foot work i believe came from savate european sword fighting, he taught to punch with the entire body. So even if you put jeet kund do guy in the ring with a boxing guy and applied the same rules.
