    Um, you can play card games with any Tarot deck. The book "Absolute Beginner's Guide to Tarot", which is a Tarot book, has a chapter on "Thirteen Fun Things Anyone Can Do With Tarot Cards", and playing card games is one of them. It even states that the cards were used for games before people used them for fortune telling.

    0, 21, 20, 19 -> 13, 12 and:
    1, 2, 3, 4 -> 10, 11.
    now 0 is next to 1, 21 is next to 2 etc, and all cards are reflections of the one they are next to,
