In honor of my relatives who have battled cancer and Breast Cancer Awareness month, I perform a self breast exam.

    ..your sposed to check all breast tissue that means all the way up into the arm pit. and you sposed to do it with the least restriction as possible such as bra or cloth over you but not anything that restricts the movement or feal of the breast tisue.. its recomended for women to do it in shower or behind close doors but if you look up breast exams even this website shows exams in that "all natural" state. so remember check all tissue and do it with less restriction as possible. great vid oliva!
