This is the famous "Fantasie" Impromptu, Op. 66 No. 4 by Frédéric Chopin. It was published after Chopins death. It is my favourite piece from Chopin. There have been a lot of wonderful interpretations on YouTube and I think Yundi Li has the best interpretation.
