2008 CBR 1000RR FireBlade Top Speed

Those speeds are not MPH, those are KPH. So, if you were running at 300kph, you were doing approximately 186mph at your highest speed (which is very dumb on the open road, btw). Several clues in here let you know this is not in MPH, such as at around the 8:44 time frame, he's going from stoplight to stoplight and the speedo shows a speed over 90. There is no way it reached speeds of 90 in that time frame, based on the sound of the engine and the other bikes.Also, these aren't even US roads.

sorry bro, not that i didn't trust you. but honestly first time i read and watched your video i didnt have much information about that brand new CBR1000RR. After i gave you comment i searched all the information about it. And i found plenty of it who say that that thing is no joke at all. even the GSXr1000 k8 cant beat this thing on the track or in the quarter mile drag race.(both stock condition) So, im sorry for my bad.

Doesn´t the zx10rr and the r1 have 190hp? The cbr1rr08 is 175hp right? And is still the best at top speed? Ok. My cbr salesman told me it goes 300kmh. It is scaring and difficult to go high speed. This 1000 is like a 600cc, i keep sweating all the time, she´s like a bitch.

Where I am coming from, we do only straight-line / drag racing, we don't have tracks yet, so its important to have strong mid range and top end power in order to win. we also race cars from ZO6, Lambos, vipers... etc., with cars usually we roll on from 160km/h 600-1000 meters..
The new cbr can make 315km/h which equivalent to 305 on GPS

honestly all of the 1000's have an insane amount of power and yes the cbr produces more power through the power band but if ur buying one of these bikes you should but one cause of these looks because god knows they all have plenty of enough power for anyone who is commenting on this page...im sure we dont have any pro riders commenting and by the way what is the average top speed of a 1000?
