    I prefer Bobs for accuracy training and power training for strikes above the belt. Bobs are harder than heavy bags. They are made of a thick rubber, so when you kick them they dont give in and begin to concave or dent. They aren't the great for training leg kicks though.

    What are those mannequins like to hit? What are they like compared to a bag for punching and kicking? I was gonna get one but they are really expensive and my mate (who trains boxing) says he's used one at his gym and the bags are better.

    No, I trained in the U.S. My instructor came here from Malta. You could search for TKD dojangs around the island and ask if they know John Barbara (my Instructor). He was well know there for TKD. If I remember right, he still has many friends he trained with when he was younger who have their own TKD schools there now.
