My sims woohoo'd and the woman got pregnant. At 25 hours she's supposed to bulge and enter her second trimester. For some reason, she never entered her second trimester. She went to work when she was 23 hours pregnant. Usually, she'd come home from work and bulge, but she didn't. She never had morning sickness, her pregnancy went up to 75 hours, which is the final hour when she's supposed to go into labor. She is literally stuck pregnant.
