I'm not a fan of what Nickelback is, I wish they had come out back in the 90s actually because there aren't many bands out there these days worth listening to.... Anyway, I love Jerry Cantrell, and if these idiot fans in that crowd didn't know who he was or the song, hopefully they do now! Long live Alice in Chains!

What is the alternative to corporate rock? Indie? Alot of music labels are only important to fans of music and not the musicians themselves.

I don't understand people bashing this video. Jerry Cantrell, a legend of music, with and without AIC, shows up at a Nickleback show and they do a pretty darn respectable version of a 90's AIC favorite. Mr. Cantrell seems to be pretty happy to be playing with the Nickleback crew, their harmonies are tight (an AIC signature) and he schools this young crowd with regards to what heavy music with heart really is about. Everybody wins. .

Perhaps Jerry doesn't share your disdain of them.

Uhhhhhhhh! I'm so disillusioned. Jerry is someone I greatly admire as a guitarist, lyricist and a hard edge F**ker . To see him up there with those F**king middle of the road, mainstream bullshit, faraway posing morons breaks my heart. These guys are unimaginative, uninspiring coropate rockers who write for cash. How else can you write song after song of pure blandness. F**k Jerry, I only hope you were off your T**s in this clip or you were just F**king with their heads!

They can write good songs man...There 1st few albums are awesome...I love rolling a few joints and smokin' to some early nickelback. It's what there all about...it's only recently theyve gone all commercial and even that stuff isn't that bad.
