he trained his body specifically for speed and strength combined, theres no denying the rigorous training navy seals go through, but that is completely irrelevent to martial arts. seals train to survive and kill, martial arts is more like..an art, for the mind and body, so you should treat and respect it as such.

If bruce lee is so spectacular how come he has only been in 3 actual karate fights in his life and only won once? He is more of an actor than a fighter, I am 6'5 245lbs and I would fight him and swat him around like a flea....well he's dead anyways so we'll never know, but I'll fight jackie chan or jet li.
