A men, brother! No disrespect to Jimi as he was a true legend, but damn, NO ONE wails quite like Frank whether he is covering Hendrix or jamming out his own cool tunes! I saw him live for the first time in 2005, then again '06 and '07. Hands down my favorite axe man!

Man, people just HATE it when a musician covers a dead man's music. Marino blows anybody living right out of the water. In my estimation Jimi Hendrix was going lame when he aspirated his own vomit. Good career move.

To finalmind....Marino was writing and producing his own music way back in the early 70's. Before you insult a man's talent, DO SOME F**kING RESEARCH!

Probably the slickest axeman ever to come out of Canada. I watch him open for some band called Nazareth in 77. Blew us away.

I'm certain Jimi gave Franks performance "a two thumbs, way up".

Saw him last night in Cleveland at House of Blues, he's soooo good. ha, I'd like to wake up next to him.
