Bin laden issued a fatwa declaring war on America in 1996 and in 1998 John Miller had an interview with Bin Laden that aired on ABC during primetime explaining why he issued the fatwa. If the U.S. administrators were unaware they were at war or just took Bin Laden's threats as pipe dreams then shame on them.

I am from Canada and even now this incident saddens me. First of all for all those americans who say this is conspiracy theory; one thing what US have to gain from staging 911; nothing; so you have no case.
