Faudrait qu'il revienne, comme Pinna, chercher ce dernier titre qu'il lui manque.

JKA still has victory for first at 6 pts, one point for basic technique and two for advanced. WKF you need an 8 point lead and can score one point for basic (gyaku), two for intermediate (nihon) and three for advanced (sanbon - kick to the head or sweep and score)

I dont think that karate is more stressfull dan judo but karate dos take big toll on the budy but a will do karate and judo after all my black belt is in 1 moth :p

well, karate is alot more demanding then judo, from my experiences. the training is more stressfull on your body but it makes you amazingly powerful. i only know judo from a 7 year olds perspective, and karate from 14-15 years old. if you are gunna start karate, you need to find a good dojo, where the teacher actually pays attention to the students, instead of just teaching in broad. judo goes good with karate, so you dont even need to quit.

yes they are use some judo techniques after all the Japanese styles they are all realeted to one and other
