I built this in 2002 to test those EYE tubes, those green glow tuning indicator tubes you find in some antique radios.
You can't just plug an eye tube in a tube tester and if the tester shows "good" that does NOT mean that it IS good.
The tube tester can't apply the plate/target with the 150-165 volts needed to light up the target phosper green.
Check out my video and I will explain why and show you how to make your own "Eye" tester.
