I remember hearing ...
I remember hearing this on Garfield's Christmas as a child, and even then (before I knew of her tragic death) I thought it was the saddest thing I ever heard. For me, it's a tie between this and Close To You. Her voice just makes me cry.

Completely agree, there are very few truly genuinely talented artists left. The only recent artist that i can equate to this type of musicianship with a fantastic voice is Rufus Wainwright.
