Since the caller is in another state either: 1) Nix saw a girl he liked, he filled in the blanks for the caller so he would be able to manipulate Summers into sending 3 men, including Nix, into a room with the naked girl alone. 2) The man on the phone described a generic description of a teen girl and just guesses. A little too convenient if you ask me. Who told him what Ogborn looked like? Nix?
