  • The Sandals rock! ...

The Sandals rock! How durable are they? Lack of shoes are a real problem in developing countries. We have been trying to think of a way to make shoes out of this plastic. What we can't do make a durable sole. It looks like this is an excellent way to bind the sole to the uppers. Could you still crochet the material if it was the 8 layers of fused plastic? Thanks! Brad

Thank you much! The plastic is really sturdy, even cut thin, for tighter guage items. Makes good wind-blocks in cold Michigan winters.
